Maureen Colomar graduated from the Beaux Arts de Besançon in 2014. She lives and works in Lyon and builds an approach around the practice of drawing. She questions the experience of landscape, its perception and the transformation of memory. In the studio, the plastic operations carried out from photographs lead to the evolution of the framing, the lines, to accentuate the contrasts or to make appear forms and colors. Halfway between fiction and reality, she re-enacts journeys and memories and gives us a world where abstract forms and landscapes meet.
