Musée départemental de la Céramique à Lezoux

During the Gallo-Roman era, Lezoux was one of the most important sites for the production of a red-gloss roman pottery, traditionally known as terra sigillata. The museum presents the archaeological collections within a former pottery factory, built around two large “bottle” kilns in the 19th century. Every year it offers an residency to plastic artists.
