The Hélène Linossier Prize is awarded to 3 young art or design graduates from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Lyon (ENSBA). A topic is given in advance during registration, and Ensba Lyon gives artists carte blanche to freely explore this theme.

The Prix Hélène Linossier is linked to a bequest made by Claudius Linossier (1893-1953), an artist from Lyon. To pay tribute to his painter wife Hélène, who died on December 8, 1952, he proposed three grants of €1,500 each to the Mayor of Lyon in 1953.

This year, the ENSBA and the Renaud Foundation gave candidates carte blanche to tackle the theme of "migration". Candidates were asked to create a work for submission to the jury. The jury takes into account the work submitted and the young graduate's work over the year.

As for the 2020, 2021 and 2023 editions of the Hélène Linossier Prize, the artists and designers are hosted by the Renaud Foundation, which is making its facilities available at the Fort de Vaise.

The candidate artists will be present throughout the event.
