Delphine Balley, born in 1974 in Romans-sur-Isère, lives and works in the Drôme. She holds an art history degree from Lyon 2 University and a higher national diploma from the École Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie in Arles. For 20 years, Balley has developed a unique photographic and video practice, exploring rituals, beliefs, and collective dysfunctions through staged series. Her work has been exhibited in France and internationally and is part of various public and private collections. She received the Camera Clara Award in 2019.
