With more than twenty artists on stage, this zoo-punk opera is the culmination of four years of collaboration between Antoine Arnera, Le Grand Sbam and the Théâtre de La Renaissance.
For this last opus, you will live a mutant experience, in the company of the Sbamorch, a sound zoo-machine, of Hypnopompe and her Leonis doll, to the rhythm of György's enlightened commentaries and Ianuïa's song, at the borders of the Tshishma, our twin galaxy...
Since his excellent Hole of Worm presented in 2017, we know that Antoine Arnera and his band never stop exploring parallel universes. Always, the result is brilliant and jubilant. With humor and poetry, JaNuS pays a triple tribute to a courageous scientist, a revolutionary biologist-philosopher and a powerful spirit of the Innu people.
Choosing to write the libretto with his brother - the sociologist Thomas Arnera - Antoine, nourished by ancient music and the energy of rock, delivers a music steeped in the delirious universes of biology and astrophysics.
