Le Faitout is a place dedicated to hospitality and food justice. It is based on 4 main pillars: ecology, social justice, inclusiveness and conviviality. Imagined by the Bellebouffe & Singa Lyon associations, brought to life thanks to the involvement of around twenty actors from the Saulaie district and around a hundred residents, the Faitout is the result of a joyful collective approach initiated in 2021. Le Faitout hosts a bar and a catering service. Canteen at lunchtime and restaurant in the evening, we offer local cuisine without borders and committed to delight you.
