Opening of the H2Origine immersive exhibition by Martin Colognoli at Plasma on September 26, 2024.

Plasma is delighted to invite you to join us on September 26, 2024 from 6:30pm to discover "H2Origine", Martin Colognoli's immersive photographic exhibition, with music composed by Alexis Roman and played live for the occasion.

Water is essential to our survival. "H2Origine" invites us to return to the birth of life, close to liquid water. What's more, it's fresh water, whose resources are drying up drastically as a result of climate change. In the heart of high-altitude torrents, we immerse ourselves in pure water, virtually free of all traces of pollution. We discover a world below the visible surface, a world that deserves to be brought to light, to be observed in order to be better understood. The shapes are diverse, sometimes protruding, sometimes sculpted, sometimes rounded... Movement defines them with patience and repetition. Life tirelessly evolves to the rhythm of flowing water.

Martin Colognoli: Author, photographer and marine biologist, Martin Colognoli explores the human condition and its impact on the living world, combining commitment, art and science at a time when humanity is reaping what it has sown.

Plasma: a hybrid space for collective initiative, sharing and transmitting knowledge. A place where life is essential.
