In Résonance with the 2024 edition of the Lyon Biennale - Contemporary Art, L'attrape-couleurs has the pleasure of welcoming the artist Cédric Esturillo Cacciarella.
Cédric Esturillo Cacciarella's personal exhibition presents several mediums, from painting to sculpture, in the form of a large installation which establishes a dialogue between the pieces, establishing a sensitive and subjective fiction. The title in Italian, which could be translated as “almost alive”, refers to the artist’s interest in art history. References to Italian Baroque, the rocaille style and ancient mythologies are thus summoned in a poetic context of ruin.
The exhibition is visible from June 8, 2024 to September 28, 2024 from Wednesday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment. (L'attrape-couleurs will be closed during the month of August, reopening planned for September 4, 2024).
